In-Person Program Update
In an abundance of caution, and in line with the current San Francisco Department of Public Health recommendations, all ticketholders will be asked for proof of vaccination and photo ID—vaccine cards, photos of vaccine cards, or Digital Vaccine QR codes are acceptable. A negative COVID-19 test will no longer be accepted. Those ineligible to receive vaccines will not be able to attend in-person events at this time.
In-person events will be hosted at a reduced capacity to allow for appropriate social distance between parties. All guests will be required to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth for the duration of the event.
The museum’s current operating hours are Thursday through Sunday from 10am to 5pm, with last gallery entry at 4pm. The museum is closed Monday through Wednesday.
We encourage all guests—including members—to reserve tickets prior to their visit. Admission to the main museum will continue to be available on a timed-ticket basis with limited capacities set for each time slot. Visit our Tickets page to purchase or reserve tickets. Members of The Walt Disney Family Museum are invited to visit our members-only ticket reservation page to reserve your free tickets.
The Walt Disney Family Museum is honored to provide free admission to the museum and this exhibition year-round for active, retired, and veteran military personnel and their spouses and dependents with valid ID.
